Com isso, o valor do ped\u00e1gio sai de R$ 4,30 para R$\u00a05,10 e de R$ 2,40 para R$ 2,90, respectivamente. A determina\u00e7\u00e3o foi deferida pelo presidente do Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (STJ), Humberto Martins, ap\u00f3s recurso da ViaBahia. <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Com isso, o magistrado suspendeu decis\u00e3o antes favor\u00e1vel \u00e0 Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Transportes Terrestres (ANTT). No recurso enviado ao STJ para derrubar a ordem antes em vigor, a concession\u00e1ria alegou o risco de &#8220;grave dano financeiro&#8221; ao qual estaria exposta.
