height:1px; display:inline;\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1462132&#038;o=rss\" style=\"width:1px; height:1px; display:inline;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Na semana passada, por meio do advogado Eduardo Reis Magalh\u00e3es, Bolsonaro entrou com a a\u00e7\u00e3o na PGR, que \u00e9 semelhante \u00e0 queixa-crime por abuso de autoridade protocolada no Supremo Tribunal Federal contra Moraes e rejeitada pelo ministro Dias Toffoli.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ao arquivar o pedido, o procurador-geral Augusto Aras afirmou que o mesmo procedimento est\u00e1 em tramita\u00e7\u00e3o no STF e n\u00e3o pode haver duplicidade.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A peti\u00e7\u00e3o inicial que chegou ao STF e \u00e0 PGR alegava que o ministro Alexandre de Moraes teria cometido ao menos cinco crimes previstos na Lei de Abuso de Autoridade, entre eles o prolongamento injustificado do chamado Inqu\u00e9rito das Fake News, do qual o ministro \u00e9 relator e no qual Bolsonaro figura como investigado.<\/p>\n<p>Ao analisar a a\u00e7\u00e3o, Toffoli, relator da a\u00e7\u00e3o, negou seguimento ao pedido de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Em seguida, o presidente recorreu da decis\u00e3o de Toffoli.<\/p>\n<p><em>*Com informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Ag\u00eancia Brasil<\/em><\/p>\n<p>  Justi\u00e7a  Bras\u00edlia  <span class=\"date-display-single\">26\/05\/2022 &#8211;
