A taxa ficou acima do 1,21% de abril, segundo dados divulgados hoje (9).<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1464763&#038;o=rss\" style=\"width:1px;height:1px\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1464763&#038;o=rss\" style=\"width:1px;height:1px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Segundo o IBGE, essa \u00e9 a maior taxa desde julho de 2021. Com o resultado, o Sinapi acumula, em 12 meses, alta de custo de 15,44% em maio, acima dos 15% registrados em abril. O custo nacional da constru\u00e7\u00e3o passou a ser de R$ 1.601,76 por metro quadrado.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e3o de obra subiu 2,49% em maio e passou a ter o custo de R$ 638,78 por metro quadrado.
