A vota\u00e7\u00e3o simb\u00f3lica para escolha do ministro foi realizada durante sess\u00e3o do tribunal.\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1465768&#038;o=rss\" style=\"width:1px;height:1px;display:inline\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1465768&#038;o=rss\" style=\"width:1px;height:1px;display:inline\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A elei\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma formalidade de praxe que \u00e9 feita pelo TSE. Atualmente, Alexandre de Moraes ocupa o cargo de vice-presidente.
