Mercado (IGP-M), indicador usado no reajuste dos contratos de alugu\u00e9is no pa\u00eds,\u00a0ficou em 0,21% em julho deste ano. A taxa \u00e9 menor \u00e0 registrada no m\u00eas passado (0,59%) e a de julho de 2021 (0,78%).<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1473079&#038;o=rss\" style=\"width:1px;height:1px;display:inline\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1473079&#038;o=rss\" style=\"width:1px;height:1px;display:inline\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Segundo a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Getulio Vargas (FGV), o \u00edndice acumula taxa de 8,39% no ano. Em 12 meses, o acumulado \u00e9 de 10,08%, abaixo dos 33,83% acumulados em julho do ano passado.<\/p>\n<p>A queda da taxa de junho para julho foi puxada pelos tr\u00eas sub\u00edndices que comp\u00f5em o IGP-M. O \u00cdndice de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor (IPC), que mede o varejo, registrou defla\u00e7\u00e3o (queda de pre\u00e7os) de 0,28% em julho ante uma infla\u00e7\u00e3o de 0,71% no m\u00eas anterior.<\/p>\n<p>A infla\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00cdndice de Pre\u00e7os ao Produtor Amplo (IPA), que avalia o atacado, caiu de 0,30% em junho para 0,21% em julho.
