O juiz eleitoral da comarca do Prado, Dr. Leonardo Coelho, julgou o Processo N.\u00ba 499.33-2016.6.05.0112, cujo objeto era A\u00e7\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Judicial Eleitoral (AIJE), ajuizada para apurar ato praticado na campanha de Gilvan Produ\u00e7\u00f5es e Carl\u00e3o da Sa\u00fade (candidatos \u00e0 prefeito e vice-prefeito, respectivamente) no pleito eleitoral de 2016.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_16725\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-16725\" style=\"width: 1280px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/gazetabaiana.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/e93a3513-e234-47f1-b7ee-9092ca849a0c.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-16725\" src=\"https:\/\/gazetabaiana.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/e93a3513-e234-47f1-b7ee-9092ca849a0c.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"623\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-16725\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Imagem seria o registro da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de combust\u00edvel<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em seu julgamento, Dr. Leonardo Coelho reconheceu a exist\u00eancia de abuso de poder econ\u00f4mico e capta\u00e7\u00e3o il\u00edcita de sufr\u00e1gio, atrav\u00e9s da den\u00fancia da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de combust\u00edvel, de bebidas e a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de showm\u00edcio com banda em cima de um minitrio, em atentado \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o eleitoral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gilvan Produ\u00e7\u00f5es e Carl\u00e3o da Sa\u00fade foram condenados \u00e0 perda dos direitos pol\u00edticos por 08 anos, subsequentes ao pleito eleitoral.
