Guardas municipais foram acionados, mas n\u00e3o conseguiram cont\u00ea-lo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Circulam em aplicativos de mensagens o flagrante, com o homem arrancando as plantas dos canteiros da pra\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O ato, que causou indigna\u00e7\u00e3o e revolta da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, est\u00e1 tipificado no C\u00f3digo Penal (CP) como crime contra o patrim\u00f4nio p\u00fablico e \u00e9 pass\u00edvel de puni\u00e7\u00e3o.
