Por 7&#215;0 o Tribunal Regional Eleitoral da Bahia (TRE-BA) sentenciou a peleja sobre a elegebilidade de Milton Ferreira Guimar\u00e3es (PSB), eleito prefeito de Itanh\u00e9m nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es deste ano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Desembargador desembargador Moacyr Pitta Lima havia pedido vista ao processo, suspendendo o julgamento na \u00faltima segunda-feira (11). O relator do caso, Desembargador Maur\u00edcio Kertzman Szporer, j\u00e1 havia votado favor\u00e1vel \u00e0 elegibilidade do candidato, entendimento acompanhado por todos os demais desembargadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com 6.106 votos, o prefeito eleito em Itanh\u00e9m, popularmente conhecido como &#8216;Bentivi&#8217;, conquistou a oportunidade de comandar o munic\u00edpio em mais um mandato.
