O confronto aconteceu na noite de s\u00e1bado (31) numa a\u00e7\u00e3o de policiais militares da 43\u00aa CIPM (Companhia Independente da Pol\u00edcia Militar) no bairro Bela Vista, em Itamaraju.<\/h6>\n
Segundo den\u00fancia, um homem estava traficando drogas na Rua Brisa da Tarde. Flagrado, ele acabou tentando fugir da aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o policial, adentrando numa edifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/h6>\n
Acuado durante a ca\u00e7ada, fez disparos de arma de fogo contra os policiais. Jo\u00e3o Carlos da Silva foi atingido e socorrido com vida ao Hospital Municipal de Itamaraju, mas n\u00e3o resistiu e veio a \u00f3bito.<\/h6>\n
Uma pistola Rossi (calibre 22, com duas muni\u00e7\u00f5es intactas e duas deflagradas) foram apresentadas pelos policiais, al\u00e9m de maconha, crack e coca\u00edna, encontradas nas roupas dele.<\/h6>\n
