reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o dessa ponte vai restabelecer o acesso e o tr\u00e2nsito de quem estava, h\u00e1 mais de um m\u00eas, chegando \u00e0 outros pontos da cidade apenas atrav\u00e9s da
