Rela\u00e7\u00e3o de Consumo C\u00edveis e Comerciais de Itamaraju, expedida na \u00faltima sexta-feira (11), pelo juiz de direito, Dr. Rodrigo Alves Rodrigues.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde ent\u00e3o, os integrantes do Movimento dos Sem-Terra (MST), ocupantes do Centro Administrativo de Itamaraju (CEADI), deveriam ter deixado o pr\u00e9dio.<\/p>\n<figure Militar<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mesmo reconhecendo o MST como representante de uma grande parcela da popula\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira, com direito leg\u00edtimo de se manifestar e apresentar aos governantes suas pretens\u00f5es e insatisfa\u00e7\u00f5es, deve faz\u00ea-lo com respeito aos demais interesses envolvidos, dentro da razoabilidade, sendo indevida e abusiva a ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e9dios p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_50048\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-50048\" style=\"width: 1280px\" class=\"wp-caption pr\u00e9dio do Centro Administrativo de Itamaraju<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O processo (N.\u00ba 8000201-59.2022.05.0120), no qual foi concedida a liminar, designou audi\u00eancia de concilia\u00e7\u00e3o para \u00e0s 14h desta ter\u00e7a-feira (15), afim de que a administra\u00e7\u00e3o do munic\u00edpio de Itamaraju e os l\u00edderes do movimento busquem uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o pac\u00edfica para o impasse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo com o juiz, a ordem de reintegra\u00e7\u00e3o de posse n\u00e3o impede que o movimento exer\u00e7a seu direito de reuni\u00e3o, desde que n\u00e3o cause embara\u00e7o ao normal funcionamento dos servi\u00e7os prestados pelo munic\u00edpio de
