O evento, promovido pelo Governo da Bahia em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com 21 munic\u00edpios do Extremo Sul, \u00e9 um momento crucial de escuta e articula\u00e7\u00e3o para fortalecer a pol\u00edtica de sa\u00fade trabalhista em n\u00edvel estadual e nacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com o tema \u201cSa\u00fade do Trabalhador e da Trabalhadora como Direito Humano\u201d, a confer\u00eancia teve um primeiro dia repleto de mesas tem\u00e1ticas e grupos de trabalho, abordando a pol\u00edtica estadual de sa\u00fade do trabalhador, novas rela\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o popular no controle social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O vice-prefeito Mateus Guerra enfatizou a import\u00e2ncia do evento: <em>\u201cEstamos felizes por sediar um evento t\u00e3o importante para a categoria e garantir o direito \u00e0 sa\u00fade para os trabalhadores.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Secret\u00e1rio de Sa\u00fade, Danilo Fernandes, tamb\u00e9m ressaltou a magnitude da confer\u00eancia, onde ser\u00e3o escolhidos delegados para a confer\u00eancia estadual. Segundo ele, <em>\u201cTeixeira de Freitas tem a honra de ser a anfitri\u00e3 deste importante encontro.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este evento \u00e9 uma etapa essencial para a confer\u00eancia estadual, que por sua vez alimenta a confer\u00eancia nacional, reafirmando os princ\u00edpios do Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade (SUS) e a relev\u00e2ncia do controle social. A confer\u00eancia permitir\u00e1 que trabalhadores e representantes da sociedade civil apresentem propostas para promover, vigiar e prevenir quest\u00f5es de sa\u00fade laboral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atualmente, o Extremo Sul da Bahia conta com um \u00fanico Centro de Refer\u00eancia em Sa\u00fade do Trabalhador (CEREST), situado em Teixeira de Freitas, que opera h\u00e1 21 anos na prote\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade laboral. As atividades continuar\u00e3o na quarta-feira (14), com a plen\u00e1ria final, escolha dos delegados e encerramento da etapa.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default
