O documento apresenta a execu\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria e a posi\u00e7\u00e3o financeira do Poder Judici\u00e1rio baiano no per\u00edodo de janeiro a dezembro de 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Os dados consolidados indicam que a Receita Corrente L\u00edquida (RCL) ajustada do TJ-BA para o c\u00e1lculo dos limites atingiu R$ 68,809 bilh\u00f5es. Sobre essa base, a despesa total com pessoal registrada foi de R$ 3,409 bilh\u00f5es, equivalente a 4,96% da RCL. Esse percentual fica abaixo dos limites estabelecidos pela Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal: o m\u00e1ximo legal de 6% (R$ 4,128 bilh\u00f5es), o prudencial de 5,7% (R$ 3,922 bilh\u00f5es) e o de alerta de 5,4% (R$ 3,715 bilh\u00f5es). Desse montante, R$ 3,144 bilh\u00f5es correspondem a pessoal ativo, sendo R$ 2,638 bilh\u00f5es referentes a vencimentos e vantagens e R$ 506 milh\u00f5es a obriga\u00e7\u00f5es patronais, enquanto R$ 1,180 bilh\u00e3o foi destinado a inativos e pensionistas. O m\u00eas de dezembro de 2025 registrou a maior despesa mensal, com R$ 602 milh\u00f5es, valor significativamente superior \u00e0 m\u00e9dia dos meses anteriores.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Quanto \u00e0 situa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira, o TJ-BA encerrou o per\u00edodo com disponibilidade de caixa l\u00edquida de R$ 489,1 milh\u00f5es, ap\u00f3s a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ 69 milh\u00f5es em restos a pagar n\u00e3o processados do exerc\u00edcio. Os restos a pagar de exerc\u00edcios anteriores constam zerados nos demonstrativos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Esses n\u00fameros indicam que o TJ-BA manteve o equil\u00edbrio fiscal, com despesas com pessoal controladas dentro dos limites legais e caixa dispon\u00edvel para atender compromissos.
