A medida mant\u00e9m o artista em liberdade, com san\u00e7\u00f5es e condutas determinadas pelo tribunal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A decis\u00e3o foi assinada pela ju\u00edza Sylvia Marlene de Castro Figueiredo, que revogou a pris\u00e3o preventiva. Entre as exig\u00eancias, o artista dever\u00e1 <strong>comparecer a todos os atos do processo<\/strong>, comunicar eventual mudan\u00e7a de endere\u00e7o, apresentar-se mensalmente em ju\u00edzo, n\u00e3o se ausentar da cidade por mais de cinco dias sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e entregar o passaporte, caso ainda possua o documento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atualemente, MC Poze do Rodo permanece no Pres\u00eddio Joaquim Ferreira, unidade anexa \u00e0 Cadeia P\u00fablica Pedrolino Werling de Oliveira, conhecida como Bangu 8, no Complexo Penitenci\u00e1rio de Gericin\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O advogado Fernando Henrique Cardoso Neves comentou ao <strong>g1<\/strong> sobre o desfecho: <em>\u201cNosso pedido de extens\u00e3o foi aceito. Esperamos em breve poder retirar nosso cliente deste aprisionamento desnecess\u00e1rio e ilegal\u201d<\/em>, afirmou ele.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o aponta movimenta\u00e7\u00f5es superiores a <strong>R$ 1,6 bilh\u00e3o<\/strong> em opera\u00e7\u00f5es consideradas ilegais, incluindo lavagem de dinheiro relacionada a apostas clandestinas, rifas e tr\u00e1fico internacional de drogas. Al\u00e9m de Poze, tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o citados MC Ryan SP e Raphael Sousa Oliveira entre os investigados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na mesma linha, outro artista ligado ao mesmo processo, MC Ryan SP, tamb\u00e9m obteve habeas corpus na Justi\u00e7a Federal.
