A ju\u00edza <strong>Elizabeth Machado Louro<\/strong> havia concedido o perd\u00e3o judicial \u00e0 r\u00e9, o que motivou o recurso do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O MPRJ questiona a mudan\u00e7a de um dos quesitos do veredito \u2014 a diferen\u00e7a entre <strong>homic\u00eddio doloso<\/strong> (com inten\u00e7\u00e3o) e <strong>homic\u00eddio culposo<\/strong> (sem inten\u00e7\u00e3o). Segundo o \u00f3rg\u00e3o, a altera\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu ap\u00f3s a vota\u00e7\u00e3o estar encerrada, o que pode ter influenciado o desfecho do caso. A defesa afirma que ainda n\u00e3o teve acesso ao recurso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O perd\u00e3o judicial, segundo a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, reconhece o crime e a autoria, mas n\u00e3o aplica pena; a puni\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 considerada suficiente pelas consequ\u00eancias j\u00e1 suportadas pela pessoa. Os defensores destacam o tempo de pris\u00e3o e o desgaste social envolvendo Monique, que deixou a pris\u00e3o na tarde de 4 de junho, ap\u00f3s cinco anos de tramita\u00e7\u00e3o do caso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Jairinho<\/strong>, ex-vereador, foi condenado pelos crimes de homic\u00eddio duplamente qualificado, tortura e coa\u00e7\u00e3o. A pena foi fixada em <strong>43 anos, 9 meses e 20 dias<\/strong> de reclus\u00e3o, a cumprir inicialmente em regime fechado, al\u00e9m de indenizar em <strong>R$ 400 mil<\/strong> o pai de Henry. O julgamento durou dez sess\u00f5es e \u00e9 considerado o mais longo da hist\u00f3ria recente do Rio de Janeiro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Especialistas observam que o caso reacende debates sobre a responsabilidade parental em situa\u00e7\u00f5es de viol\u00eancia e sobre como a sociedade reage a mulheres em posi\u00e7\u00f5es de acusa\u00e7\u00e3o.
