O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico da Bahia (MP-BA) acionou a VLGB Empreendimentos Business Ltda., conhecida como &#8220;Duo Med&#8221;, ap\u00f3s identificar falhas sanit\u00e1rias em um estabelecimento do Itaigara, em Salvador. A a\u00e7\u00e3o civil p\u00fablica, proposta pela promotora Fernanda Pataro, determina a interrup\u00e7\u00e3o de atividades da \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade at\u00e9 que a situa\u00e7\u00e3o seja regularizada pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes, al\u00e9m de exigir as adequa\u00e7\u00f5es legais cab\u00edveis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi ajuizada no dia 25, pela 2\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a do Consumidor de Salvador. O MP-BA solicita a interdi\u00e7\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria das atividades ligadas \u00e0 sa\u00fade at\u00e9 que a situa\u00e7\u00e3o com os \u00f3rg\u00e3os fiscalizadores esteja normalizada e requer a <strong>adequa\u00e7\u00e3o estrutural<\/strong> do estabelecimento, a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o documental e a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o permanente de todas as licen\u00e7as exigidas por lei.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"secondHalf\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, a empresa distribu\u00eda produtos voltados \u00e0 \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade sem licen\u00e7a sanit\u00e1ria, alvar\u00e1 de funcionamento e outras autoriza\u00e7\u00f5es obrigat\u00f3rias. Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria Municipal indicou ind\u00edcios de atividades operacionais em local inadequado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Relat\u00f3rios t\u00e9cnicos apontaram que o im\u00f3vel n\u00e3o possu\u00eda CNPJ vinculado ao endere\u00e7o, TVL (Termo de Viabilidade de Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o), alvar\u00e1 municipal nem licen\u00e7a sanit\u00e1ria v\u00e1lida.
