Ao todo, mais de <strong>78 mil<\/strong> pessoas participaram da sele\u00e7\u00e3o, com <strong>548 aprovados<\/strong> em todo o pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para promover inclus\u00e3o, foram definidas cotas: <strong>10% das vagas para pessoas com defici\u00eancia<\/strong>, <strong>25% para candidatos que se autodeclararam pretos ou pardos<\/strong>, <strong>3% para ind\u00edgenas<\/strong> e <strong>2% para quilombolas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A jornada dos aprendizes ser\u00e1 de <strong>20 horas semanais<\/strong>, distribu\u00eddas em <strong>quatro horas di\u00e1rias<\/strong>. A remunera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o <strong>sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo-hora<\/strong>, conforme o piso de cada estado, acrescida de <strong>vale-transporte<\/strong>, <strong>vale-refei\u00e7\u00e3o ou alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> e <strong>uniforme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O processo ter\u00e1 validade de <strong>um ano<\/strong>, com a possibilidade de prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o por igual per\u00edodo.
