A defesa sustenta que n\u00e3o houve fato gerador do tributo e que, por isso, n\u00e3o deveria haver recolhimento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A a\u00e7\u00e3o envolve a Uster 71 Empreendimentos e Participa\u00e7\u00f5es S.A., associada ao banqueiro Augusto Lima e, atualmente, administrada pelo advogado Gustavo Amorim.
