A san\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu em 23 de julho e foi publicada no <em>Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o<\/em> (DOU) em 24 de julho. O Senado havia aprovado o PL em regime de urg\u00eancia no dia 30 de junho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es divulgadas pelo <strong>Metr\u00f3poles<\/strong>, parceiro do PrimeiroJornal, a san\u00e7\u00e3o envolve as regras previstas no texto, incluindo as etapas de venda e de registro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Porte e faixa et\u00e1ria<\/strong> &#8211; A lei estabelece que o porte do spray fica restrito a mulheres com <strong>mais de 18 anos<\/strong>, ou com autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o expressa dos respons\u00e1veis a partir de <strong>16 anos<\/strong>. O local de venda deve manter registro da transa\u00e7\u00e3o, apresentando a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o da adquirente pelo prazo de cinco anos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Composi\u00e7\u00e3o e uso<\/strong> &#8211; Os sprays utilizam o extrato de \u201coleoresina de capsicum\u201d, derivado da pimenta, que provoca ard\u00eancia intensa nos olhos, na pele e nas mucosas.
