As atividades est\u00e3o programadas para ocorrer entre os dias <strong>27<\/strong> e <strong>31 de julho<\/strong>, conforme despacho publicado pela CGJ-TJ-BA. A medida foi assinada pelo corregedor-geral de Justi\u00e7a, desembargador <strong>Em\u00edlio Salom\u00e3o Resed\u00e1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"secondHalf\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A inspe\u00e7\u00e3o abrange os munic\u00edpios de <strong>Itapetinga, Itoror\u00f3, Itamb\u00e9, Macarani, Itarantim, Itacar\u00e9, Itaju\u00edpe, Buerarema, Urucuca, Ibicara\u00ed, Una, Coaraci<\/strong> e <strong>Canavieiras<\/strong>, totalizando 13 comarcas da regi\u00e3o. A decis\u00e3o anunciada pela CGJ-TJ-BA detalha a atua\u00e7\u00e3o que far\u00e1 parte da rotina de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do interior.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"firstHalf\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os trabalhos ser\u00e3o conduzidos por <strong>cinco ju\u00edzes auxiliares<\/strong> da Corregedoria, com o apoio de <strong>servidores designados<\/strong>. As unidades judici\u00e1rias locais dever\u00e3o fornecer <strong>acesso irrestrito<\/strong> a depend\u00eancias, <strong>sistemas eletr\u00f4nicos<\/strong> e <strong>documentos<\/strong>, inclusive sob sigilo, al\u00e9m de espa\u00e7o f\u00edsico para a condu\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"secondHalf\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante o per\u00edodo, a sociedade, advogados e servidores poder\u00e3o apresentar informa\u00e7\u00f5es, reclama\u00e7\u00f5es ou sugest\u00f5es sobre o funcionamento dos servi\u00e7os judici\u00e1rios locais. As manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es podem ser feitas <strong>pessoalmente<\/strong> \u00e0s equipes ou enviadas diretamente ao <strong>e-mail institucional da Corregedoria<\/strong>.
