Ibama aplicou multa superior a R$ 200 mil; investiga\u00e7\u00e3o continua para identificar demais envolvidos.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salvador &#8211; Um homem foi preso em flagrante nesta quinta-feira (6), na capital baiana, por suspeita de envolvimento com o com\u00e9rcio ilegal de animais silvestres. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada pela <strong>Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia<\/strong>, com apoio da <strong>COPPA<\/strong> e da <strong>Pol\u00edcia Militar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante a a\u00e7\u00e3o, os policiais localizaram e apreenderam <strong>dois macacos-prego<\/strong> mantidos em ambiente dom\u00e9stico, em condi\u00e7\u00f5es ainda a serem avaliadas pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o teve in\u00edcio a partir de uma ocorr\u00eancia associada a um poss\u00edvel estelionato envolvendo o roubo de motocicleta. No decorrer das dilig\u00eancias, surgiram ind\u00edcios de que os envolvidos atuavam na <strong>comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o irregular de animais silvestres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, o suspeito j\u00e1 havia comercializado pelo menos <strong>tr\u00eas macacos-prego<\/strong>, com valores que chegavam a <strong>aproximadamente R$ 20 mil<\/strong> por animal. Existem ind\u00edcios de uma <strong>estrutura organizada<\/strong> para o crime, com participa\u00e7\u00e3o de fornecedores, transportadores, intermedi\u00e1rios e compradores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o no im\u00f3vel, foram identificadas <strong>inconsist\u00eancias na documenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> apresentada pelo respons\u00e1vel pela posse dos animais, o que motivou o autuamento em flagrante pela autoridade policial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al\u00e9m da pris\u00e3o, o <strong>Ibama<\/strong> aplicou uma multa superior a <strong>R$ 200 mil<\/strong> pelas irregularidades ambientais identificadas no caso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os dois macacos-prego apreendidos ficaram sob responsabilidade dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os ambientais, que v\u00e3o avaliar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es dos animais e definir o destino adequado.
