A decis\u00e3o ocorreu durante a an\u00e1lise de uma reclama\u00e7\u00e3o disciplinar movida contra o magistrado; o afastamento havia sido decretado, inicialmente, em car\u00e1ter liminar pelo relator, o conselheiro Mauro Campbell Marques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O caso ganhou repercuss\u00e3o ap\u00f3s <strong>imagens<\/strong> de uma sess\u00e3o virtual do TJ-MG, realizada em 10 de agosto, mostrarem Salles fumando e ingerindo uma bebida diretamente de uma garrafa que aparentava conter vinho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante o julgamento no CNJ, <strong>Mauro Campbell<\/strong> afirmou que a conduta atribu\u00edda ao juiz \u00e9 \u201cabsolutamente incompat\u00edvel\u201d com o exerc\u00edcio da magistratura.
