Pris\u00e3o realizada pela <strong>Pol\u00edcia Civil<\/strong>, com apoio da <strong>Guarda Municipal<\/strong>.\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>Tucano (Bahia)<\/strong> \u2013 Um homem de <strong>58 anos<\/strong> foi preso nesta <strong>ter\u00e7a-feira<\/strong>, 18, no distrito de <strong>Caldas do Jorro<\/strong>, em <strong>Tucano<\/strong>, por ordem de <strong>pris\u00e3o definitiva<\/strong> por crime de <strong>estupro<\/strong>. A decis\u00e3o estabelece uma pena de <strong>10 anos de reclus\u00e3o em regime fechado<\/strong>, conforme a senten\u00e7a proferida pela <strong>Vara Criminal do munic\u00edpio de Tucano<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nSegundo apura\u00e7\u00f5es, o crime ocorreu h\u00e1 <strong>nove anos<\/strong> e teve como v\u00edtima uma <strong>adolescente de 17 anos<\/strong>. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o aponta que o suspeito era <strong>vizinho e amigo da fam\u00edlia da v\u00edtima<\/strong> e cometeu o ato quando a jovem estava <strong>sozinha em casa<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nAp\u00f3s o cumprimento da ordem judicial, o homem foi encaminhado \u00e0 <strong>unidade policial<\/strong>, com as medidas legais cab\u00edveis sendo adotadas. Ele permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.
