O processo pedia a retifica\u00e7\u00e3o do c\u00e1lculo de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos do FEFC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A decis\u00e3o, acompanhada pelo voto do relator, o <strong>ministro Kassio Nunes Marques<\/strong>, o Plen\u00e1rio <strong>acatou o pedido<\/strong> e determinou a <strong>extin\u00e7\u00e3o do processo sem julgamento do m\u00e9rito<\/strong>. Com o veredito, o FEFC dever\u00e1 distribuir, ainda neste m\u00eas, o montante de <strong>R$ 2,3 bilh\u00f5es<\/strong>, correspondentes a <strong>48%<\/strong> dos recursos destinados aos partidos, calculados de forma proporcional ao tamanho das bancadas na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados. Os recursos estavam <strong>retidos<\/strong> at\u00e9 a conclus\u00e3o do julgamento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O rec\u00e1lculo consolidado tamb\u00e9m aponta que a bancada do <strong>PT<\/strong>, eleita em 2022, soma <strong>68 deputados<\/strong>, conforme levantamento divulgado pelo TSE em junho.
