A DPE-BA distribui materiais educativos para orientar a popula\u00e7\u00e3o.\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"firstHalf\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bahia<\/strong> \u2013 A <strong>Pol\u00edcia Civil<\/strong> da Bahia instaurou um expediente para investigar fraudes que utilizam indevidamente o nome da <strong>Defensoria P\u00fablica do Estado<\/strong> (DPE-BA). A medida foi tomada ap\u00f3s uma reuni\u00e3o entre representantes da Defensoria e da Pol\u00edcia, com o objetivo de fortalecer a preven\u00e7\u00e3o e a apura\u00e7\u00e3o de golpes que afetam usu\u00e1rios dos servi\u00e7os da institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante o encontro, a <strong>defensora p\u00fablica-geral em exerc\u00edcio<\/strong> M\u00f4nica Soares foi recebida pelo <strong>chefe de gabinete<\/strong> do <strong>delegado-geral<\/strong> Ivo Tourinho, e pelo <strong>coordenador do Departamento de Intelig\u00eancia Policial (DIP)<\/strong> Delmar Bittencourt. Juntos, discutiram medidas para ampliar a atua\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta na preven\u00e7\u00e3o e na apura\u00e7\u00e3o dos crimes, incluindo troca de informa\u00e7\u00f5es para identificar respons\u00e1veis e proteger as pessoas assistidas pela DPE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como desdobramento, ficou definido o encaminhamento das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 <strong>Delegacia de Repress\u00e3o a Crimes Cibern\u00e9ticos (DRCC)<\/strong>, vinculada ao <strong>Departamento Especializado de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (DEIC)<\/strong>, para a apura\u00e7\u00e3o dos casos. A iniciativa integra a\u00e7\u00f5es da DPE\/BA voltadas a coibir fraudes e ampliar o atendimento \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"secondHalf\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A DPE\/BA tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 distribuindo materiais informativos em suas unidades e em espa\u00e7os parceiros, com orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre como reconhecer golpes e evitar fraudes.
