Boa Vista, RR<\/strong> \u2014 Na sexta-feira (25\/9), a Pol\u00edcia Federal<\/strong> deflagrou a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Cunhambebe<\/strong>, com o objetivo de aprofundar investiga\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de cursos clandestinos de seguran\u00e7a privada<\/strong> e a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de grupo organizado destinado a dificultar a atua\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos<\/strong> na Terra Ind\u00edgena Raposa Serra do Sol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> cumpre tr\u00eas mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o<\/strong>, expedidos pela Justi\u00e7a Federal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es tiveram in\u00edcio ap\u00f3s epis\u00f3dios de hostilidade durante uma fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental realizada por \u00f3rg\u00e3os federais, quando agentes teriam sido alvo de persegui\u00e7\u00e3o, bloqueios de vias e ataques por parte de integrantes de um grupo na regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Os levantamentos identificaram a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de cursos de seguran\u00e7a privada<\/strong> ministrados sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da PF, com conte\u00fado que inclu\u00eda t\u00e9cnicas operacionais<\/strong> normalmente associadas a atividades de seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

Entre os ind\u00edcios listados pela PF est\u00e3o a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de mil\u00edcia privada<\/strong>, incita\u00e7\u00e3o ao crime<\/strong>, recepta\u00e7\u00e3o qualificada<\/strong>, exposi\u00e7\u00e3o da vida ou da sa\u00fade de terceiros a perigo, exerc\u00edcio ilegal de atividade econ\u00f4mica<\/strong> e embara\u00e7o \u00e0 fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
