Notifica\u00e7\u00f5es devem comprovar regularidade; TAC ou A\u00e7\u00e3o Civil P\u00fablica podem reparar danos.\n      <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n      <strong>Bahia<\/strong> \u2014 O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico da Bahia (MP-BA), por meio da <strong>1\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a do Consumidor<\/strong>, instaurou um <strong>inqu\u00e9rito civil<\/strong> para apurar a conduta da operadora de sa\u00fade <strong>Unimed<\/strong> e da <strong>Cl\u00ednica Clica<\/strong>, credenciada da rede, com foco em atendimentos a benefici\u00e1rios com <strong>Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA)<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n      O procedimento, aberto recentemente, busca apurar den\u00fancias sobre irregularidades e <strong>pr\u00e1ticas abusivas<\/strong> na presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade destinados a pacientes diagnosticados com TEA.\n    <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"secondHalf\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n      <strong>Segundo relatos<\/strong> de clientes, a operadora realiza <strong>sess\u00f5es coletivas<\/strong>, atendendo mais de um paciente ao mesmo tempo, al\u00e9m de cobran\u00e7as indevidas e exig\u00eancias de valores n\u00e3o previstos nem regulamentados. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m aponta a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>relat\u00f3rios de atendimento fraudados<\/strong>, com registros e declara\u00e7\u00f5es de sess\u00f5es que n\u00e3o teriam ocorrido.\n    <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n      Com a abertura do <strong>inqu\u00e9rito<\/strong>, as investigadas ser\u00e3o notificadas a apresentar justificativas e documenta\u00e7\u00e3o que comprovem a regularidade dos atendimentos.
