Procedimento \u00e9 da <strong>1\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Direitos Humanos da Capital<\/strong>, sob coordena\u00e7\u00e3o da promotora <strong>M\u00e1rcia Regina Ribeiro Teixeira<\/strong>, com foco na prote\u00e7\u00e3o da popula\u00e7\u00e3o LGBT.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Patamares<\/strong>, Salvador \u2013 Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es do <strong>Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico da Bahia (MP-BA)<\/strong>, foi aberto recentemente um <strong>Procedimento Administrativo de Tutela de Interesses Individuais<\/strong> para apurar den\u00fancias de <strong>bullying<\/strong> e <strong>cyberbullying<\/strong> de cunho <strong>homof\u00f3bico<\/strong> envolvendo um estudante da <strong>Escola Municipal Alan Kardec<\/strong>, localizada no bairro de Patamares. O procedimento foi instaurado pela <strong>1\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Direitos Humanos da Capital<\/strong>, sob a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o da promotora <strong>M\u00e1rcia Regina Ribeiro Teixeira<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O objetivo \u00e9 acompanhar a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o e de enfrentamento ao <strong>bullying<\/strong> e ao <strong>preconceito<\/strong> por parte do col\u00e9gio, buscando assegurar os <strong>direitos fundamentais<\/strong> do adolescente v\u00edtima e promover um ambiente escolar <strong>seguro<\/strong>, <strong>inclusivo<\/strong> e livre de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme as diretrizes da atua\u00e7\u00e3o do MP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A <strong>LGBTFobia<\/strong> \u00e9 definida pela pr\u00e1tica de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o e viol\u00eancia direcionadas a pessoas da comunidade <strong>LGBTQIA+<\/strong>, incluindo l\u00e9sbicas, gays, bissexuais, travestis, transexuais, transg\u00eaneros, queer, intersexo e outras identidades, por conta da orienta\u00e7\u00e3o sexual ou identidade de g\u00eanero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No Brasil, tais condutas podem se manifestar por meio de piadas, xingamentos, ataques verbais ou viol\u00eancia f\u00edsica.
