Ele amea\u00e7ava divulgar imagens \u00edntimas caso a mulher n\u00e3o aceitasse retornar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A v\u00edtima j\u00e1 havia registrado ocorr\u00eancia e solicitado <strong>medidas protetivas<\/strong>. Antes de ser formalmente comunicado sobre as medidas, o suspeito voltou a procur\u00e1-la, repetiu as amea\u00e7as e se recusou a deixar o local; a Pol\u00edcia Militar foi acionada e encaminhou o casal ao <strong>Neam<\/strong> (N\u00facleo Especial de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na delegacia, a mulher afirmou que nunca autorizou a captura ou o armazenamento das imagens. O investigado entregou voluntariamente os celulares que estavam com ele e autorizou o acesso aos aparelhos, conforme a Pol\u00edcia Civil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os dispositivos foram encaminhados ao <strong>Departamento de Pol\u00edcia T\u00e9cnica (DPT)<\/strong>.
