TCO por crime ambiental, Inema recebe o animal; opera\u00e7\u00e3o vinculada \u00e0 <strong>Opera\u00e7\u00e3o 9<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jequi\u00e9, Bahia \u2014 Durante fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de passageiros e bagagens na <strong>BR-116<\/strong>, policiais do <strong>Grupo de Patrulhamento T\u00e1tico<\/strong> da <strong>Pol\u00edcia Rodovi\u00e1ria Federal<\/strong> (PRF) localizaram uma <strong>arara-canind\u00e9<\/strong> transportada de forma irregular dentro de um \u00f4nibus, com um dos passageiros que a acompanhava em uma gaiola.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Questionado, o homem que se apresentou como respons\u00e1vel pela ave afirmou ter comprado a <strong>arara-canind\u00e9<\/strong> por <strong>R$ 7 mil<\/strong> em um suposto criat\u00f3rio localizado em Belo Horizonte (MG).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ele n\u00e3o apresentou <strong>nota fiscal<\/strong> nem <strong>certificado de origem<\/strong> que comprovassem a proced\u00eancia legal do animal, emitidos por estabelecimento autorizado pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o ambiental competente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diante da situa\u00e7\u00e3o, a <strong>PRF<\/strong> lavrou um <strong>Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorr\u00eancia (TCO)<\/strong> por suspeita de crime ambiental relacionado ao transporte de <strong>animal silvestre<\/strong> sem a devida autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme o <strong>artigo 29<\/strong> da <strong>Lei n\u00ba 9.605\/1998<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A arara-canind\u00e9, identificada pelo nome cient\u00edfico <strong>Ara ararauna<\/strong>, foi encaminhada ao <strong>Instituto do Meio Ambiente e Recursos H\u00eddricos (Inema)<\/strong>, em Jequi\u00e9, para receber os cuidados necess\u00e1rios e ter a destina\u00e7\u00e3o adequada.
