Bloqueio de at\u00e9 R$ 558 milh\u00f5es em bens de 40 pessoas f\u00edsicas e 42 empresas; suspens\u00e3o de atividades de provedores de internet.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rio de Janeiro \u2013 A Pol\u00edcia Federal deflagrou nesta segunda-feira (19\/10) a <strong>Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Backbone<\/strong>, que investiga um esquema de controle de servi\u00e7os de internet imposto pela <strong>fac\u00e7\u00e3o Comando Vermelho<\/strong> em comunidades do estado. A a\u00e7\u00e3o contou com mandados expedidos pelo <strong>Supremo Tribunal Federal<\/strong> (STF) e autorizados pelo ministro <strong>Alexandre de Moraes<\/strong>, incluindo <strong>23 mandados de pris\u00e3o preventiva<\/strong> e <strong>24 de busca e apreens\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ao todo, foram presas <strong>20 pessoas<\/strong>, entre elas o <strong>vereador Fabio Silva<\/strong>, do <strong>Podemos<\/strong>, que foi localizado em <strong>Londrina<\/strong>, no Paran\u00e1. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m resultou no bloqueio de at\u00e9 <strong>R$ 558 milh\u00f5es<\/strong> em bens de <strong>40 pessoas f\u00edsicas<\/strong> e <strong>42 empresas<\/strong>, com a suspens\u00e3o de atividades de empresas investigadas, incluindo <strong>provedores de internet<\/strong> e produtoras de eventos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, moradores de comunidades como Alem\u00e3o, Penha e Chapad\u00e3o eram for\u00e7ados a contratar servi\u00e7os de internet controlados pela fac\u00e7\u00e3o. Traficantes armados teriam cortado cabos, incendiado caixas de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e dificultado reparos, com o objetivo de eliminar a concorr\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os investigados podem responder por crimes como <strong>dom\u00ednio social estruturado<\/strong>, <strong>extors\u00e3o majorada<\/strong> e <strong>lavagem de dinheiro<\/strong>, entre outros.
