Sarrubbo est\u00e1 na fun\u00e7\u00e3o desde 2020. A vota\u00e7\u00e3o aconteceu no \u00faltimo s\u00e1bado e uma lista com tr\u00eas nomes foi entregue ao atual governador, <strong>Rodrigo Garcia<\/strong> (PSDB). Na lista tr\u00edplice, al\u00e9m de Sarrubbo est\u00e3o outros dois nomes que foram mais votados na elei\u00e7\u00e3o, os procuradores <strong>Marcos Hideki Ihara e Fabio Tebecherani Kalaf<\/strong>. Apesar do resultado, todos eles ainda est\u00e3o na disputa pelo cargo. Agora, o governador de S\u00e3o Paulo tem 15 dias para decidir se vai acatar ou n\u00e3o o resultado da vota\u00e7\u00e3o. Pelas regras, o chefe do <strong>Executivo<\/strong> pode nomear qualquer um dos tr\u00eas nomes mais votados no pleito. Se o prazo vencer, e Garcia n\u00e3o tomar nenhuma decis\u00e3o, automaticamente valer\u00e1 o da elei\u00e7\u00e3o.
