Os pol\u00edticos ainda tiveram os valores das multas reduzidos de R$ 50 mil para R$ 5.320,50.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>?? a segunda a\u00e7\u00e3o contra o prefeito que a Corte Eleitoral julga e reverte a cassa\u00e7\u00e3o dos diplomas imposta aos pol\u00edticos. Em 19 de maio de 2021, a Corte j\u00e1 havia afastado a primeira cassa\u00e7\u00e3o aplicada ao prefeito e ao vice pelo juiz eleitoral de Te\u00f3filo Otoni.<\/div>\n<div> O prefeito foi eleito com 31.747 votos (47,2%) e permanece no exerc\u00edcio do cargo.
